What's included with scooter rentals?
Every scooter comes with comprehensive insurance, a helmet and a mobile phone holder as standard — plus regular servicing and 24/7 roadside assistance. Ready for delivery work or getting around Brisbane from the moment you collect it.
Optional extras are available from $5 a week: a premium or spare helmet, hand warmers for winter, a delivery bag, or a lock box. Doing big distances? Add unlimited kilometres for $35 a week.
How many kilometres do I get?
Every hire includes 1,500 km a week — around 215 km a day, which covers normal city riding and most delivery shifts comfortably.
Go past it and extra kilometres are charged at $0.30 per km, worked out from the odometer when you return the vehicle. If you know you'll be doing long days, adding unlimited kilometres for $35 a week is usually the cheaper choice.
How much is the deposit?
Deposits are flat and published up front: $250 for scooters and $500 for cars. The deposit is held as a security bond for the hire and is not an extra fee.
What's included with cars, vans & trailers?
How does the insurance excess work?
Scooters: Basic excess is $1,000.
Cars: Basic excess is $1,500.
No charge applies if you are not at fault and can provide the other party's full details: name, licence number, phone, email, address, and registration.
Are there any hidden fees?
No booking or admin fees. Your rate and deposit are the figures published above, and insurance and servicing are included. Optional extras are your choice — a premium helmet from $5 a week, or hand warmers over winter.
Charges that can apply on top, and only if they happen: tolls you incur, damage assessed at return, kilometres past your 1,500 a week at $0.30 per km, and a late payment fee if a scheduled payment fails.
